kitty dress costume

The Kitty dress costume and crinoline has been graded into 3 sizes, small, medium, and large.  The small will fit a child about 2 years.  The bodice is made of 4-way stretch lycra and is self lined.  The appliqué on the front is only lightly tacked on and can be removed easily.  Note:  you will only get the 'poufy' look if you make the crinoline as well.  This is a 20 page download and is free with sign-up.  Includes basic illustrated instructions.
